Enologist by profession. Sommelier, photographer and writer by recreation. Vinzual is my little project I started in 2020, led by the huge passion for all the aforesaid.
I was caught up in the wine industry ever since graduated from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Agronomy – master of “Viticulture and Winemaking” in 2019. Simultaneously, I started taking WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust London) courses and am currently waiting for the results for the level 3 exam.
I also gained some experience in vineyard work (Croatia, Austria), through harvests (Croatia, South Africa), in hospitality, wine tastings and lastly in sales and marketing. I have kind of encircled the whole process from the vine to the glass and for me, very importantly, learned how to take pleasure in the art of wine itself.
Finally, I wish to share the love with you and while sharing it, continue the experience of mutual learning, which I find crucial.
